Premium Followers are currently delayed and have a start-time of 0-48 hours instead of instantly. Once delivery starts it will complete pretty fast (few hours). By ordering, you acknowledge to be aware of this, and understand we cannot refund orders that take longer to deliver. We are working on implementing a fix, which will hopefully be done soon.
